Montreal, QC, Canada – June 7 2018: PNH Solutions is proud to announce that it has begun manufacturing its own pop-up tent frames, named ‘Nova Hex Canada Series Tent Frames.’ The large format print service provider and custom display manufacturer, with fully integrated production facilities and sales offices in Montreal and Toronto, specializes in turn-key marketing solutions for events, retail environments, exhibits, and trade shows.
Based on a model that the company previously imported from Asia and sold extensively throughout the years, PNH Solutions chose to develop its own model, as it had a low rate of returns and breakage. Recognized for being the most robust pop-up tent in the market, capable of withstanding extreme weather, multiple setups, and takedowns, marketing agencies rely on it for their most extensive indoor and outdoor marketing campaigns. Its key features lie in its cast aluminum connectors, as well as its leg and truss extrusions that are made of heavy-duty structural aluminum alloys, which unlike plastic, are much more durable.
Lightweight and maneuverable, the Nova Hex Canada Series Tent Frame can be brought from one event to the next with its carry bag and footpads with clip-on wheels. Available in 3 sizes (10’ x 10’, 10’ x 15’ and 10’ x 20’), the Nova Hex Canada Series Frame has adjustable height settings from ground to bottom of valence: 72”, 76”, 80” and 84”.
Combined with custom dye sublimated printed or stock colored tops, sidewalls and rail skirts, printed, cut and sewn by PNH Solutions, the Nova Hex Canada Series Tent Frame offers companies and organizations the opportunity to promote their brand name, logo and message.
By manufacturing these tent frames in-house, with most parts sourced from within a 1.5 km radius of its Montreal production facility, PNH Solutions is able to oversee the production process and remain committed to offering the best quality of product and service while significantly reducing the carbon footprint of this product’s manufacture.
Beyond the Nova Hex Canada Series Tent Frames, in 2017, PNH Solutions began manufacturing Backlit Fabric Banners, Lightboxes and SEG Fabric Frames along with other fully custom aluminum or millwork display products, out of its new, dedicated 26,000 SQ.FT. design/build workshop in Montreal.
